All month we've been asking each contributor who they think Satoshi is and stockpiling their answers. Here is Will Reeve's answer. You can read Will's interview, Into The Fold, in full now.
I think most likely it is a group of people. There are some really interesting candidates that have been around since the beginning, and there are also several three letter agencies that have looked into this before. I think that the person or persons who created it are best to remain anonymous. I think that is the best thing for Bitcoin. I can have guesses and I do – but I like to leave it as a mystery and hopefully it always remains a mystery.
